A fascinating creation all the parts of which have had a previous life. A nineteenth century stool with eighteenth century origins. The top is from an eighteenth century table or chest top, the two pieces with the legs in are old, one with moulding on. The legs much more difficult to age. However it occurs to me that as low as it is that it could be used as a low table as easily as a footstool with a cushion on.
