A very good looking and solid set of chairs from a property in the famous Suffolk town of Bury St Edmunds. The style is reflective of the medieval and gothic influences of this town which leads me to suspect that they where probably made in a local workshop there back in the 1920s-1930s and haven’t moved very far since.

With original oversized brass studs with the original hard wearing green vinyl leather Upholstry on the seats and backs which we have recently had our upholsterer redo the seat webbing and cloth underneath but have retained the original horsehair stuffing and wadding.

The solid Oak chair frames are their original colour and finish and tbh look fresh out of the workshop do to relatively light use. Ideal addition to any kitchen or dining set up and priced to sell.
