This is an attractive mahogany antique 3ft Arts & Crafts oak open bookcase, circa 1910. The bookcase boasts a protruding top which are supported by two oak quadrants either side. Each side of the bookcase is reeded and this style is typical of the Arts & Craft period. Inside the bookcase, there are three adjustable oak reeded shelves. This is a good quality bookcase with attractive proportions.

This item is an excellent investment but also very practical and would look superb in a variety of rooms from the office, hallway, dining room or living room. This item would certainly grace any home. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

Condition Report
Nominal old use marks but nothing significant considering the age of the item. A small section of the back of the bookcase has been cut to fit around a plug a long time ago – this however is not noticeable from the front and it would not be seen when the bookcase is against a wall. It is also the original back and it would be a shame to replace the original back. There are no splits to the sides or front of the bookcase. The item boasts its original polish. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use.

Height = 116cm or 3’ 9½”
