Splendid mid 19th.c. button upholstered chaise longue or daybed c.1860. Wider than most with a generous three feet wide sprung seat and a headrest which reclines to various positions with a handle at the rear. Raised on the original turned and ebonised legs with brass castors. Covered in a well chosen green/grey and gold woven damask. Good condition, solid and sturdy with serviceable covers.

Dimensions: width 36″, length 70″, height 32″.
