An interesting 19th century cane seated stool, raised on bobbin turned supports and united with stretchers, the stool is in hard wood and retains its original paint decoration. 530mm high, 460mm wide and 350mm deep. Circa 1860. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
