This is a super example of an original mid 19th century Cornish chest of dovetail constriction. The chest has very good proportions with the original chocolate brown finish paint finish and original lettering for J W STURROCK, a Cornish company. The chest is very unusual as it retains it’s original fittings for holding cylindrical containers. The chest retains the original hinges and iron handles to the side.

In lovely condition overall.
