Antique quality 19C Victorian mahogany (or possibly red walnut) chest of drawers.

This antique chest of drawers has a lovely colour (mellow red), age and patina.

VR crown markings on the locks.....a sure sign of quality.

Solid hardwood top and sides, veneered drawer fronts.

This piece of antique furniture has nice low proportions and would look great in the right location.

All of the oak sided drawers slide freely.

Maximum overall dimensions 1010mmW x 505mmD (plus handles) x 830mmH.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, distortion, wear, imperfections, scratches, chips, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique antique furniture and generally desirable. There are no keys and locks are consequently untested. May have had an upstand screwed to the back originally.
