Antique Victorian 19C inlaid mahogany Sheraton desk writing table.
This is a truely lovely piece of antique furniture with nice proportions and the most fantasic age colour and patina. Inlaid marquetry decoration.
This piece of furniture is in original condition and has not be over restored. It is quite rare and desirable. This is a pretty character piece, which is small in proportions.
The desk is solid and all of the drawers slide well.
Overall dimensions 945mmW x 520mmD x 760mmH (580mm knee hole).
This piece of furniture has had some historic damage, a small amount of veneer loss, repairs and alterations as one may expect given its age. There is some historic woodworm that has been treated for good measure.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
