18th Century Heavy Iron Banded Traveling Silver Sea Chest

This lovely silver chest is vey heavy, it has iron banding to the corners, edges and base for added strength and security, it stands on small bracket feet
The chest has blacksmith made large iron carrying handles, H hinges, lock plate and latch, it has clean interior and it is in good sound condition.
A Lovely looking piece for storage, or a coffee Table, no key
The box measures 40’’ wide x 20’’ deep and stands 21’’ high
