Super quality William IV rosewood centre hall table, circa 1840.
The book matched rosewood veneer top stands on the octagonal pedestal raised on a quadriform base.
Wonderful colour and grain pattern throughout. This will make a great centre hall or drawing room table, or as originally intended as a breakfast table.
Measuring:
28 inches or 71 cm high
45 1/4 inches or 115 cm diameter
27 inches or 68.5 cm from the floor to the under side of the top Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
