Circa 1835, William IV mahogany open bookcase. The rectangular top has a flat fore edge over a small ogee moulding and a small apron which is finished with a round beading. Beneath this is the open section with 3 adjustable shelves and simple stylish pilasters either side. The whole piece stands on a simple enclosed plinth set slightly forward to accommodate the pilasters.

Size 103cm high x 124cm wide x 35cm deep.
