Circa 1930, very stylish green, scumbled and gilded bedroom suite by Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh. Consisting of a headboard and tailboard, dressing table, toilet mirror, bedside cabinet, pair of hand chairs and stool. The Lorimer influenced suite has unusual styling for Whytock & Reid. There are several areas on each piece decorated with gilded Chinoiserie.

Bedside Table size 75cm high x 36cm wide x 31.5cm deep.
Stool size 46cm high x 57cm wide x 42cm deep.
Dressing Mirror 62cm high x 60cm wide x 29cm deep.
Two chairs 84cm high x 45cm wide x 41cm deep.
Washstand 81cm high x 91cm wide x 52cm deep.
Bed 115cm high and 73cm high. 3’6” wide.
