This lovely quality cabinet in walnut with burr panels is in good but unrestored condition and dates from around the turn of the last century. We have been using this in our reception area for years and it has served us very well. As we are coming up to retirement we are now moving most items on and reducing our stock to a much smalller and manageable level. Although originally a wash stand this makes a really good server or sideboard. The marble top wipes easily and the drawers and cupboards give lots of storage space. The handles are original and could possibly benefit from a buffing up. The top has a really fine detailing in the carving, as the pictures show, and graining is very nice indeed. The finials are all in place and the marble is in good condition with a lambs tounge edge. The mirrors are all boasting a bevel and are very good for the age. For sale at a very sensible price of £475 which I think might be less than we paid for it, so help yourself to a bargain. Delivery can be arranged to most areas.
