An elegant walnut table from the late Victorian period. Well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The rectangular top has rounded corners and is cross banded. There is a single long drawer to the front, fitted with its original brass swan-neck handle. The whole table stands well on long , elegant, cabriole legs which terminate in pad feet. The table is decorated with carved detailing to the knees and freeze. It is finished to the rear so it could be free standing within a room if desired. It could serve in a variety of room scenarios , lounge, lamp table, hall table. serving table etc. It has a lovely colour and patina and is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
