Mid 19th.c. burr walnut pier cabinet or bookcase display c.1860. Just over 36″ wide with two door fitted inside with two shelves (depth 10½"). Beautifully figured burr walnut veneers across the top, front and sides. With fine inlaid marquetry detail above and to either side of the doors and with the original gilded ormolu mounts and mouldings. Inlaid walnut shelf fronts and original lining fabric. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
