Stunning walnut chest on stand in excellent condition. The chest separates into 2 sections which allows for easy transportation in and around your home. The top section with dental cornice has two short drawers above three long drawers with the stand housing three additional short drawers. All the drawers run smoothly and have attractive brass swan handles and escutcheons. The elegant cabriole legs have a decorative carved knees and terminate on pad feet. This is a striking example of period antique furniture with incredible colouring and amazing graining offering a lot of storage space and history to any home.
