A handsome vintage oak double bed dating from circa 1920s-30s. Comprising of a headboard, footboard and iron rails (no base or mattress included). In a richly figured quarter sawn oak, the headboard and footboard have attractive applied quatrefoil designsalong with Greek key borders to the tops. The headboard and footboard are panelled solid oak and stand on large bun feet. It has a Vono frame which is easily assembled or dis-assembled. Good warm patina and colour to the frame.

Beautiful patina and good colour. Wear and marks commensurate with age. There are some filled holes to the frames where the rails have been moved from a previous position (see photos).
