Victorian Walnut Wind Out Extending Dining Table
Antique Victorian 19C (or possible early 20C) walnut wind out extending dining table with 3 extension leaves.
A nice heavy quality dining table with lovely proportions and styling.
We have a winding handle.
Period brass and ceramic castors.
Overall dimensions 2420mmL (including 3 x 390mm leaves) x 1210mmW x 750mmH (605mmH knee hole).
A good solid large dining table, who's mechanism works well.
The top has some old scratches, which are covered to a large extent by later refinishing with what appears to be a dark French polish, but still evident by slight indentation.
One of the leaves is made of softwood, although it has been refinished along with and is a good colour match to the rest of the top.
There are historic knocks marks, repairs, cracking, scratches and alterations as is to be expected with antique furniture.
Please note that this item is heavy. The customer will need to provide 1 (or possibly more if the route to where it is going is at all tight or awkward) able bodied people to assist our driver carrying the table.
