Victorian Walnut Pier Display Cabinet Bookcase
Antique quality Victorian (C1880) aesthetic inlaid walnut glazed pier display cabinet or small bookcase.
Lovely patinated walnut with inlaid decoration. The fabric lining is old and has fading, wear and marks.
A great decorative piece of nice quality.
This is a lovely item, with a nice look together with loads of charm and character. Lovely wavy glass.
Solid, with no loose joints.
Fixed shelves, but they can be fairly easily moved (supports are only pinned on).
We have a key.
Overall maximum dimensions 80cmW x 29cmD x 105.5cmH.
Shelves each 71cmW x 19.5cmD.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections and alterations as is always the way and to be expected. Some historic extinct woodworm holes (mainly in the feet) that have been treated for good measure.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide an able-bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
