This is a very good quality antique carved walnut floral upholstered Victorian chaise longue, circa 1860 – 1880. It features a fine crisp carved walnut frame. The deep buttoned floral upholstery is in clean condition and shows no sign of tears or marks. The braiding is in good condition. The settee features its original castors. The chaise features four-hand carved cabriole legs on the front and back. The chaise boasts a carved arm fascia and a curved sweeping back which terminates in floral carvings.
