A very nice large salt glazed barrel, nice light tan colour, no makers mark. Grapevine decoration, our guess is it was used for wine. There is a tap that looks original that comes with it and also the bung for top.

Very heavy item We have been dealing in antiques for over 4o years and gained a vast amount of knowledge. We carry out research for most of our items giving our customers some history to their purchases.
