Beautiful rosewood three tier whatnot with a single base drawer ring turned column supports, decorative finials and the original brass castors. Early Victorian, dated c. 1840-1850.

An elegant and refined Victorian rosewood whatnot (or antique shelving unit). Features 3 open shelves and a useful mahogany lined drawer ring turned supports turned feet with the original brass castors and topped with decorative turned finials.

Presented in a good antique condition with a lovely colour and patina to the rosewood. As a genuine antique of some age wear is commensurate with historic use, which simply adds to its charm and character. A very attractive and versatile piece.
