This is an antique pair of benches dating to the turn of the century c.1900.
Raised on block section feet, this rustic pair of benches offer stable and generous seating and a nice alternative to dining chairs in a country kitchen.
Traditionally pegged with shaped brackets, the typical through mortice joints add interest to the generously thick, two inch, slow grown, wonderfully patinated pine seats that have rounded ends and chamfered underside.
