A lovely country piece, found in a wonderful original condition – the days when if you could not afford rosewood then your carpenter would do a fine job in making it look like it... As mentioned surviving in untouched painted condition with rather attractive feathering and graining to the 5 drawers.

The proportions are good – great for a number of spots in the home or commercial space. Useful set of 5 drawers are perched on its four turned feet and is very much country in style with bags of character and charm. Liking the little curved back to the top.
Condition wise it’s good, the original finish does have genuine wear marks with the top showing age related marks. The drawers are running smoothly, inside smells fine and is clean with its 6 knobs in situ. The frame is firm – no wobbles or nasty surprises.

A charming piece of English Victorian country antique furniture in super untouched mellow aged condition.

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
