This attractive antique dining table dates from around the 1860s. It is constructed from solid mahogany. The table can be extended by pulling the leaves apart and inserting the additional leaf. The top has a shaped edge. It is supported on turned reeded legs with decorative bulbous tops that terminate in original brass and ceramic castors.

Condition: Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and the piece is overall a little faded. There is some marking and scratching to the top. The top does not quite sit flush and there are small gaps along the joins. The top of the table is slightly warped at one side, meaning that the top has a slighly wavy appearance.

Overall - 74cm high, 60cm high to bottom rail, 130cm long (closed), 188cm long (extended) 119cm wide (to maximums). Further images are available.
