Victorian Mahogany Partners Desk


Circa 1880, Victorian mahogany partners desk. The rectangular top with moulded edges and flame mahogany banding surrounding a pale green writing surface with gilt tooling. The desk front with one long and two short, cock-beaded frieze drawers with quality mahogany linings and original finely turned knobs, supported on banks of three further graduated drawers on plinths. The converse with three matching frieze drawers above cupboards.
