This is such a good quality side table. I love these antique tables. They bring real elegance to your room or hall and they are incredibly well priced at the moment. This table is made in flame mahogany and is incredibly "smart" and would have originally been intended for the salon of a wealthy city residence. The flame mahogany curved panels are bordered by crisp inlay stringing. The edges of the table tops are reeded. The legs are inlaid and tapered. Both back legs swing out to support the table when it is opened out. The mahogany is highly polished.

This is a beautiful piece. It will look good as a side table, perhaps with a lamp on top to illuminate the mahogany. It could also be used as a hall table. Elegant furnishing piece.

The condition is good. Minor marks to the top. See photo.

The table is 28 inches high and 17 inches deep and 36 inches wide and the top when opened up is 34 inches deep.
