A beautiful, circa 1880, Victorian compactum wardrobe. Comprising of a large out swept cornice, this piece features central cupboard doors, which are situated above four graduated drawers. These are flanked by two arched doors which open up to reveal a full length hanging space sitting upon a pedestal base. The item is in overall good condition for a piece of this age, but as you can appreciate, it has had some knocks and bangs during its lifetime. There are also some small pieces of veneer missing and general wear and tear. It is a very practical piece of antique furniture due to its height, and with its central cupboard, it could easily be used to store a small television.
