Victorian mahogany 19C folding card tea table
Antique quality Victorian mahogany 19th C folding tea table.
This piece has an oak lined drawer (slides freely), which is quite a rare feature for a tea table.
This is a lovely table, that is full of age, charm and character, with large impressive proportions and style.
The table is heavy, solid and has no loose joints (a little play in the wooden gateleg hinges as is to be expected).
Beautiful melon fluted legs, terminating in period castors (some wear).
No significant woodworm.
Lovely patina, figuring and colour, would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 104cmW x 105cmD (52.5cm closed) x 73cmH (75 cm when closed).
