Victorian inlaid walnut centre table
This Victorian inlaid walnut centre table was made circa 1860 and is a rare design.
This was made in one of the best workshops and fine materials were used in its manufacture
Typically, this type of table has end supports, not the central column we have on this high-end example.
The top is of oval shape with delicate inlaid patterns inset around the edge. The apron under the top is of a shaped form.
The central turned column is carved at the bulbous and then with quadruple cabriole legs sweeping off ending with a scroll toe and bras and porcelain castors under.
