This beautiful multi-drawered Victorian filing cabinet. With 32 individual drawers, all fitted with circular card holders to front and when opening these drawers there is a large spring which shall keep all files in place. As you notice by one of the photographs, the first entry into this filing cabinet is October 7th 1901 giving an accurate date of the manufacture. Also, it has four pull out slides to rest individual drawers upon. A unique feature for any home office or study. Considering the cabinet/drawers is over 100 years old, the item is in good condition with no signs of woodworm. Although, as you can appreciate the polish work has had some wear during its life and the top surface looks like it has been re-polished at some stage.
