A Victorian burr walnut inlaid side cabinet. The top has nice burr veneer with rosewood cross banding and rounded front corners. The front has two doors with original glass with ormolu rosettes to each corner and fine ball beading to edge of glass. The doors also have rosewood cross banding. To each corner there is a tapering inlaid column with ormolu mounts top and bottom.
Above the doors there is a large unusual tunbridge ware banding running all the way round. There is further brass bead decoration just below this banding. The sides also have nice figured walnut veneer with diamond shaped inlay. The base also has rounded corners which support the columns. To the inside there are two shelves with original velvet material. This cabinet is very decorative.
