A very good quality Maccassa ebony and amboyna oval coffee table. The book matched amboyna top having ebony banding between boxwood and ebony stringing with thumb moulded edge.The inset frieze with amboyna banding and further boxwood stringing. The base having 4 turned, ebonised and gilded supports with gilded brass decoration. The platform and 4 outswept legs all with further amboyna and boxwood inlay and standing on the original brass and porcelain castors.In superb condition - Reduced in height to suit todays living. Delivery to most of U.K. £55. Dimensions:- Height …20.5’’/ 52cm. Width…52’’/ 132cm. Depth... 38.75’’/ 98cm.
