For your consideration Lovely Victorian needlework needle work sampler sewn by Ada Sarah Beeby, aged 8 years, March 1851.

Starts with the alphabet, then numerical, then alphabetical, ending with a panel for the name and age.

The grain pattern is wonderful and the colours vibrant. No holes or moth damage.

The framed sampler measures 32 cm wide and 15 cm tall.

Excellent condition for the age of the sampler, 168 years old.

The photos can probably provide the clearest representation of condition so please examine these carefully.

Please note: antique items for sale may have some wear and marks commensurate with their age which adds to the character of the piece.
