Victorian 19C scroll arm sofa settee chaise longue
Antique Victorian 19C scroll arm sofa or settee.
Large and attractive, with lovely proportions and amazing turned legs.
Great proportions and styling, which would look fantastic in the right location.
The upholstery is recent and has only light wear and no bad marks. Any blotches on the photos are due to light reflecting on the fabric pile.....these are not marks. We have not inspected concealed components, although the seat is good without any major lumps and bumps.
Overall maximum dimensions
236cmW x 75cmD x 103cmH (46cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Period castors with quite a bit of wear and later screws. The bolsters have a similar matching fabric, but without the pattern.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
