This very impressive Black Forest tree hall stand has three carved bears consisting of the mother bear encouraging her 2 cubs to climb the tree. The branches forming coat hooks and mother bear is holding a branch which forms the holder for canes, walking sticks and umbrellas with a drip pan below in the realistic base. The whole hall stand is very well carved from native Linden wood and all the bears have glass eyes. Swiss circa 1890. Condition - very good. Dimensions:- Height…81’’/ 205.5cm. Width…29.25’’/ 74cm.
