Circa 1900, Sheraton style inlaid tapering cake stand of unusual form. The lifting handle is in the form of a shepherd crook, carved in solid mahogany. Below this the three tiers are also solid mahogany with double inlaid edges, each supported by an elegant bracket. Below the third and largest dish is a tripod base on swept legs with double inlay.
