Very unusual marble top pedestal cabinet with a glass sides. 22″ diameter marble top with a moulded edge, curved glass sides and tall ogee moulded octagonal plinth. Open the door and the floor of the cabinet moves too and with it a wire liner on the open side. Single very slim drawer below the marble, sloped inside the lip to make it easier to slide out the contents (coins or stationery perhaps). Some wear to the marble and missing a small portion of the wire work. Otherwise excellent condition, original through with a lovely rich colour to the timber. Simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
