This is a top quality dressing stool. It is made in walnut and is Edwardian, dating to around 1910. Just look at the quality of this stool. It is tall, standing on long elegant cabriole legs. Look at the thickness of the oval frieze. Inset is a very pretty tapestry upholstered seat.

Everything is good about this stool. The joints are solid, the walnut is well polished, the tapestry is clean. This stool is far too good to be hidden away on a bedroom. It should be on display in a richly furnished principal room. Good piece.

The stool is 21 inches high and 22 inches wide and 16.5 inches deep.
