“The Cow Herder” oil painting by Alfred Dawson (flourished 1860-1893) son of Henry Dawson and brother of Henry Thames, exhibited Royal Academy 1860-89, and also at the Royal Society and British Institution. Oil on panel 9x7 inches, signed and dated 1865.
