Very unusual little late 19th.c. medieval revival folding table c.1890. Designed to be stood open against a wall as a hall or credence table, the top carries a decorative and original tapestry panel of figures and birds in a wooded landscape. Can also be be used open as a games or supper table or folded shut to make a side table. Solid oak throughout with a carved foliate frieze and single drawer in one side. Raised on well carved octagonal section column legs. Excellent condition.
