Here we have a stunning George II tea, games or hall table c1740. As you can see the table has beautiful original colour and patina. The top consists of two wonderful pieces of the finest Cuban Mahogany with original hinges and super grain. The sides and front are cross banded in thick hand cut veneers with an original escutcheon. The legs are particularly well executed with a perfect taper, carved knees and a pad foot. A fine and wonderful example of a period table in great retail condition ready for our home. The dimensions are approx 30 inches wide 14 deep and 28.5 high. Open 28 deep.
