A superior quality large antique solid walnut freestanding roll top desk. The desk has the better quality solid fielded panels all around and the slatted tambour runs smoothly in the “S” shaped sides. The stunning fitted mahogany interior having a combination of 31 drawers with brass label holders and turned pulls with various pigeonholes. The pedestals having graduated drawers with carved wooden handles and pull out slides above. The desk stands on plinth bases with hidden casters. The whole In very good condition, fully cleaned and waxed with key. Can transport in 6 pieces with working lock and keys. When the tambour is shut the pedestal drawers are locked at the same time.
