Stunning Arts & Crafts round Newlyn or St Ives school copper mirror adorned with various fish. Made by Mrs Bromley the wife of the painter J M Bromley (1876 - 1904) This was a gift to her housekeeper Mrs Rebecca Jacobs Craze. Inscribed in very small writing to the side of the bevelled mirror is C Skillern 3 Carncrows Rd who was the the daughter of Mrs Craze and this was her daughter's married name.
This The copper is backed on to an oak frame.
Offered in excellent original condition
The frame measures 60cms in diameter and the bevelled glass 29cms in diameter. It is 3cms thick and of excellent quality.
