Unusual late 19th.c. square top carved Chinese urn stand or low side table c.1890. Rose marble top with concave sides and shaped corners within a conforming surround with moulded edge. Over a carved and pierced apron with crisp foliate detail all round. Raised on short shaped legs with stylized dragon’s heads and claw feet, joined with stretchers to each side for strength. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
