Mid 19th.c. walnut and marble top console table c.1860. Just 36½" wide. Original black marble (flecked with white) top with rounded edges. On a well figured walnut veneered base with an oak lined drawer in the apron. Quiet unusual to see this style of table in walnut rather than mahogany. Curving bracket supports over a shaped plinth with turned roundels and raised on turned bun feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
Dimensions: width 36½", depth 16", height 33″.
