A good quality antique late Georgian/ early Victorian 3 drawer chest in beautifully figured mahogany veneers, standing on outswept feet. It has inlay and banding to the top and a good warm patina to the drawer fronts. The locks work and it comes with a working key. This piece would have started life as a taller chest and has been reduced in height, this is reflected in the asking price.

This piece would have started life as a taller chest and has been reduced in height, this is reflected in the asking price. The drawers protrude slightly from the carcass (see side photos). Lovely warm patina to mahogany. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Some old mends to the veneers in places.
