Small Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers / Commode
A handsome antique Georgian mahogany chest/commode, of small proportions with two deep drawers dating from circa 1820. It has been converted into a chest of drawers and would have originally started life as a commode / chamber pot cupboard and has been converted into this beautiful 2 drawer chest. In mahogany it features and over sailing top above 2 deep drawers with 8 handles all standing on shaped bracket feet.

Good colour. Small split to lower right section of top drawer and small piece of beading missing. It would have stated life as a commode and has been converted into a chest of drawers.
