Lovely Georgian caddy top mahogany and pine chest of drawers. Circa 1830.

This handsome chest is of compact size with perfect proportions.
A beautiful colour, with cross banding to the front edge and boxwood stringing to the top and drawers.
All drawers run smoothly and are dovetail constructed with pine-linings they have decorative brass handles and backplates.

There is a small patch repair to the top back (please see images) and signs of historic woodworm to the left side panel.

This chest displays well with a super colour and smart design.
Its compact dimensions make it a versatile piece for any home.
