Lovely Georgian mahogany two over two mahogany chest of drawers with a band of tulip and boxwood inlay and all original brass handles, standing on slightly splayed feet. Circa 1820.
Great size chest and wonderful mellow colour, some age and use marks but nothing of any concern.
The oak lined drawers all run smoothly and give good storage for a smaller size chest.
Measuring:
32 1/4 inches or 82 cm high
33 3/4 inches or 86 cm widest point at feet
19 1/2 inches 49.5 cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
